Location selection
Based on your brief, we select spaces from our database or conduct field scouting. We arrange recces and photographic documentation; if needed, we also propose visually or production-wise compelling alternatives.

Permits & contracts
We handle all permits—from private properties to municipal spaces—including communication with authorities and property managers. We prepare contracts and technical approvals so everything runs smoothly and in line with regulations.

Location preparation
Once locations are chosen, we prepare the site: technical infrastructure (power, access, base facilities, parking), signage, barriers, protection of property, and crew comfort.

On set
During filming we’re on site and responsible for a seamless run—we manage operations, coordinate people and equipment, and oversee the overall functioning of the location. We’re your fixed point on the ground.

Wrap & handover
After the shoot, we take care of dismantling, packing, and transport of equipment, and restore the location to its original state—professionally and without delay.
